Despite some initial dissatisfaction with the apartment, the exceptional service from Manager Ahmed Al Yahya swiftly resolved the issue by offering a superior room at a sister hotel. This unexpected upgrade showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and the willingness to go the extra mile. The prime location near the beach and restaurants, along with the accommodating staff like Mr. Mohamed Abduljawad and Mr. Anwar Abduljaleel, added great value to the overall experience.The facilities, including the free Wi-Fi in public areas and the electric kettle in the room, contributed to the convenience and comfort of the stay. While the initial accommodation may have lacked a certain level of luxury, the swift resolution and thoughtful gestures ultimately made it a reasonable and satisfying choice, emphasizing a true value for money proposition.
